Carpet flooring is one of the most versatile types of flooring and can be used in almost any area – whether in the living room, bedroom, children's room, hallway, staircase or office. Even in commercial areas, such as hotels, clinics, exhibition halls or retail stores, carpet flooring is highly sought after due to its comfort and sound insulation properties.
With different usage classes and material qualities, our carpets can be optimally tailored to each application – from cosy residential quality to highly durable commercial grade for heavily trafficked areas. Particularly popular are stair treads, entrance mats or carpet runners as decorative elements.
For events and special occasions, we offer specific solutions such as the classic red carpet, wedding carpets or exhibition carpets in many colours and textures – ideal as a temporary flooring solution. Easily installable carpet rolls in fixed widths from 1 to 4 metres are mainly used here.
For outdoor areas, our outdoor carpets and artificial grass are popular – for example on the balcony, terrace, in the garden, or as flooring for tents, events or pool surroundings. Also suitable as runners, desk mats or pet feeding area mats.
Our carpet flooring is available as practical per metre or roll goods in various widths depending on quality – 200 cm, 300 cm, 400 cm or 500 cm. This allows the flooring to be perfectly adapted to your room size with minimal waste.

How long does shipping take and which methods are used?
GLS standard shipping: Delivery within Germany takes approx. 2–4 business days after payment. EU deliveries approx. 5–7 business days.
Courier shipping: Delivery within approx. 2–3 business days, after phone appointment. Delivery is handled by a local partner courier.
Freight shipping: Delivery within Germany takes 6–11 business days, longer for EU. The freight company will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date.
Is shipping to Switzerland possible?
No, we currently only deliver to EU member states. Direct delivery to Switzerland is not possible at this time.
What if I don't like the item?
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt. If something does not fit or is damaged, please contact us – we will gladly arrange an exchange or solution. You bear the return shipping costs unless the error is on our side.
How durable and long-lasting are carpets or artificial grass?
Our carpets and artificial grass products are designed for longevity. Depending on the product, they are suitable for light residential areas up to heavily used commercial and event spaces. Pay attention to the specified usage class or wear group.
What usage classes are available and which one suits my needs?
The usage class indicates the level of wear a carpet is suitable for:
– UC 21–23: Residential areas (e.g., bedroom, hallway, living room)
– UC 31–33: Commercial areas (e.g., office, shop, practice)
The higher the number, the more durable the floor. Classification according to EN ISO 10874.
Is carpet suitable for wet rooms?
Carpet is generally not suitable for permanently wet rooms. For use in conservatories, protected outdoor areas, or washrooms, we recommend special artificial grass or outdoor carpets. Please follow the product instructions.
Is carpet suitable for underfloor heating?
Most of our carpets and carpet tiles are suitable for underfloor heating. Please check the relevant symbol or product description. Artificial grass, however, is only partially heat-resistant and not intended for heated indoor areas.
Can I combine multiple pieces of carpet or artificial grass?
For large-area installations, please note that batch-related color differences may occur. Contact us in advance if you need multiple pieces – we will check whether they are color-matched or come from the same production batch.
On which subfloor can carpet or artificial grass be installed?
The subfloor must be flat, dry, clean, and free of cracks. Unevenness or joints may show through over time. For outdoor areas, the subfloor should also be drained to prevent waterlogging.
Does the carpet/artificial grass need to be glued?
Full-surface gluing is not strictly necessary, but it depends on room size and intended use. Alternatively, the floor can be secured with adhesive or double-sided tape. For a permanent and wrinkle-free installation, we recommend gluing. Outdoors, artificial grass should be installed on a drained subfloor and, depending on the product, either fixed at points or weighted – full-surface gluing is usually not required.
How do I best cut carpet or artificial grass?
For cutting, use a sharp utility knife combined with a sturdy ruler. Always work on a firm surface and make several even cuts to achieve a clean edge.

- You can return the item within 14 days of purchase without any problems, provided it has not been processed (e.g. cut, glued, or otherwise altered). In general, you bear the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a delivery or product error on our part.
- The flooring does not necessarily have to be glued to the floor; often, it is sufficient to lay it professionally (depending on the room conditions). However, we generally recommend gluing the flooring. It works perfectly with underfloor heating. We recommend using a fixing adhesive that can later be removed residue-free.
- Freight goods are delivered free kerbside. The freight company is not obliged to carry the goods into your home. Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt for any transport damage and document this on the accompanying document. Delivery time for freight shipping is usually 7–10 working days. The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment – please make sure you provide a valid phone number.
- For individually cut items (e.g. different widths of goods), there may be very slight colour deviations between individual cuts. If several pieces of different widths are to be laid directly next to each other, please contact us.
- If you order multiple pieces, in special cases we may ship the cuts via different service providers or together on one package. This is done to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you.
- Please note that due to different screen and display settings, there may be deviations between the displayed colour and the actual colour. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering an A4 sample in advance.
- You will receive the ordered cut. The sample or design may start or end in the centre of a tile, plank, or element.
- The production and cutting of the vinyl flooring takes place within Europe (Made in Europe).
