Shipping and payment information
In general, we currently offer the following payment options in our shop:
- Amazon Pay*
- Apple Pay*
- Credit Card*
- Klarna SOFORT bank transfer
- Klarna purchase on instalments*
- EPS (Austria), iDEAL (Netherlands) and Bancontact (Belgium)
- Prepayment (bank transfer by yourself)
- Payment on collection (only possible in combination with the shipping method self-collection, cash or card)
* only up to a total value of 750 Euro
Additionally for activated dealer & business customers: Purchase on account (after credit check) or direct debit.
The payment conditions and, if applicable, deadlines are stated in each case on the order confirmation and invoice, which you will receive by e-mail during the ordering process.

In our shop we distinguish between the following shipping methods:
- Self-collection on site
- Standard shipping (GLS) for goods to be shipped in the appropriate parcel size
- Forwarding for large and bulky roll goods
- Postal shipping for DIN-A4 sized samples
We ship to more than 20 countries in Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Ireland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Monaco, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia).
Exceptions to this are goods for forwarding, which we only send to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Spain. If you would like to have goods shipped to another country, please contact us for an individual price offer.
If we are unable to fulfil your order - for example, due to insufficient stock - we will contact you immediately. In the event of a return, we reserve the right to charge you part of the return costs, insofar as the reason for the return cannot be clearly reproduced to be our own fault (or that of the sender).
Standard shipping (GLS parcel shipping):
We can look back on many years of experience with GLS and can show a delivery time of 2-3 days in almost 100% of shipments within Germany (a delay in delivery of 1-2 days is possible in exceptional cases). Delivery times for other countries vary between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the distance.
Parcel notification: You will be informed by e-mail about the current shipment status and the expected delivery window.
Desired location: Using GLS services, you can subsequently specify a drop-off location (e.g. patio) or have the shipment deposited at a GLS parcel shop. You can find more information about shipping with GLS here
When shipping roll goods, we use various forwarding companies that specialise in roll goods. Depending on the size, scope of delivery and weight of your order, we will assign your delivery to one of our forwarding agents. The delivery time varies greatly depending on the area, usually the shipment will be with you 5-6 working days after purchase, but it can take up to 10 working days in rare cases.
We would like to point out that the shipping companies are only obliged to deliver free kerbside and are not legally obliged to deliver the goods to your home. We also ask you to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for possible transport damage in order to avoid any return costs that may be incurred.
