1. is it also possible to ship outside Germany?
Yes, we also offer shipping options to other European countries. The neighbouring countries (Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, ...) but also other countries (Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy, ...) are possible destinations. The shipping costs are calculated for each country individually. If you live in a country not listed by us for shipping and would like to buy from us, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.
2. Can I also pay with Apple Pay, Girpay or Sofort-Überweisung?
Yes, we offer a variety of different payment options! You can find a list of the payment methods we offer in the menu item "Shipping and payment information".
3. Will I be informed about the shipment status and do I have to be at home for the delivery?
Yes, you will be informed by e-mail about the current status of your order and the delivery. In general, it is highly recommended that you are present during the delivery period. Otherwise, the shipping company will usually take the goods back and you may have to pay for a second delivery (in the case of a forwarding company).
4. I do not understand the product information or do not understand special technical terms, but i am very interested in a certain product!
During our office hours (Mon-Fri from 9 am - 5 pm) we are at your disposal. If you have any questions, you can reach us best by phone or at any time via the contact form, which you can find at the bottom of the page.
5. Can I return the goods if I don't like them?
Yes, you can make a return request up to 30 days after the date of purchase. However, if the reason for return is not due to faults or delivery damage caused by us, it is possible that we will charge you for the return costs and deduct them from the refund amount.
6. I am interested in a certain cut that is not available in the shop!
Please contact us before purchasing so that we can guarantee the possibility of a solution. As a rule, you will then buy the next larger size and we will make a note internally that the cut will be made to a special size for you!
7. How is the environmental aspect taken into account in the production process and in which country are the goods manufactured?
Alpha-Tex takes the ecological aspects very seriously and produces in a very environmentally conscious way. Instead of using resource-consuming machines, we prefer to use skilled workers in our production. The processing and production takes place on site at our company and is therefore Made in Germany!
8. I am interested in a certain product, but would like to have a sample first!
No problem, for every article that we have in stock as standard, a sample order (DIN-A4 sized piece) is possible. Simply call up the respective product and click on the button "Order sample". We will charge you a small flat rate for material and shipping and then send you the sample!
9. I would like to collect the goods on site, when and how is this possible?
When you place your order, simply select the shipping method "pick up on site", then we will process your order and prepare it for pick-up. You can either pay on the spot or conveniently pay in advance via PayPal, Giropay or similar!
10. I am planning to purchase a large quantity and would like a quote for this!
Occasionally it is possible that we can make you a special offer including a quantity discount for large quantities. For this you should contact us best by phone or by mail!
11. I would like to purchase a product, but the quantity I need is no longer in stock!
Too bad, apparently we don't (no longer) have the desired product in stock. Depending on the product, it may be that further quantities will soon be available again, or that this product will be sold off and unfortunately no longer available!
12. I cannot find my vehicle in the listing and in the search, are there no floor mats for this?
Too bad, it seems we don't have a template for your vehicle. However, you are welcome to send us a signed template (on paper, foil, etc.) - we will then manufacture a suitable carpet for you according to these measurements.
13. Can I use the PVC every day without any health concerns, or can I suffer health problems from the substances it contains?
No, PVC is not harmful to health! The PVC offered does not contain any harmful softeners or other harmful substances and therefore has no negative impact on human health.
