How long does shipping take and what shipping methods are used?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days after payment – often even faster. Deliveries to other EU countries may take up to 7 business days. Shipping is reliably handled by GLS.
Is shipping to Switzerland possible?
No, currently we only deliver to EU member states. Direct delivery to Switzerland is unfortunately not possible at the moment.
What if I don't like the item?
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt. If something does not fit or is damaged, please contact us – we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a solution. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error lies with us.
What is included in the delivery?
You will receive the floor mat set described in the offer in the specified version. If applicable for your vehicle model, suitable attachment systems are also included.
Are these floor mats precisely fitted for my vehicle model?

Do the floor mats have an attachment system for the vehicle floor?
This depends on the respective vehicle model. If your vehicle has original attachment points in the floor, the suitable system is integrated directly into the floor mats. If such points are missing, the mats do not include an attachment system. We always follow the vehicle-specific specifications.
Can I also get a carpet for my trunk or another vehicle area?
That is no problem! Feel free to ask us – for some models, we already have trunk data available. If not, we can produce a carpet according to your own template, so you have a uniform carpet set in the vehicle!
How long do car floor mats last?
Car floor mats are wear parts and should be replaced when heavily worn. Their lifespan depends on the material used, usage intensity, and your individual driving habits. Thanks to reinforced tread protection zones, Alpha-Tex mats are comparatively durable. Thicker materials are generally more long-lasting than thinner/lighter types.
Can the car mats be used in winter or when wet?
The floor mats are weatherproof and can be used all year round. They do not need to be removed in winter or when wet.
How can car floor mats be best cleaned?
Car floor mats can be vacuumed with a standard vacuum cleaner. They can also be cleaned with a damp cloth or carpet-specific cleaning devices. For velour mats, a rubber brush works well to remove dirt residues.
How is the edge finished, do the mats fray?
The edges of all mats are overlocked. This means the edge is wrapped with thread so the mat material does not fray and the mats have a neat edge. If a thread sticks out, you can carefully trim it.

- You can easily return the item within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used (e.g. cut to size, glued or otherwise altered). You are generally responsible for the cost of the return shipment, unless the return is due to a delivery or product error on our part.
- Freight goods are delivered free kerbside. The freight company is not obliged to carry the goods into your home. Please check the delivery for possible transport damage immediately upon receipt and document this on the accompanying document. The delivery time for freight forwarding is usually 7–10 working days. The freight forwarder will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date – please therefore ensure that you provide a valid telephone number.
- If you order several items, in special cases we may ship the items with different service providers or together in one package. This is done to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you.
- Please note that differences between the colour shown and the actual colour may occur due to different screen and display settings. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a DIN A4 sample in advance.
- The production and cutting of the floor mats takes place within Europe (Made in Europe).
