As a traditional family business, we attach great importance to good customer service. This naturally includes prompt, smooth delivery of the ordered products. If you have ordered the desired car mats online, you don't have to worry about anything else and still benefit from fast delivery and favourable shipping costs.
We use GLS parcel shipping and usually expect a delivery time of 2-3 days (DE). GLS informs you by e-mail about the current shipment status and also gives you the option to arrange a drop-off location for your package. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with the goods, please use our contact form for the return request.

Tips: Cleaning car mats
Car mats are excellent dirt traps. But how can sand, dust and other dirt particles be removed?
You can take care of the worst by removing the mats from the car and beating them thoroughly (petrol stations usually offer a carpet beater for this purpose). By vacuuming afterwards (also at the petrol station or with your own hoover at home), you will also catch more firmly attached dirt particles. If you want to be particularly thorough, spray your car mats with a suitable cleaning foam, leave it to work for a while and then remove it with a brush. Repeat the process until the foam is no longer discoloured.
Important: Let the floor mats dry thoroughly before putting them back in the interior of your car to avoid mould!
